On a company gathering earlier this year the topic about team building came up and two colleagues asked me whether building an own Rally Car also fit within the budget... I had no idea... but if it strengthens our team, just go for it!

ESM supplied the materials and the colleagues converted a Ford Focus into a Rally Car...

It was nice to see the bonding and dedication of the boys and their support to the driver Slobodan Jovic in his daily life as a Production leader.
